Tanzania Early Childhood and Community Development (TECD) is a non-profit dedicated to supporting children and women so that their physical, emotional, and social needs are met—while advancing quality early childhood education through training and research.
The founders of TECD—concerned about the inadequate quality of early childhood education, the shortage of qualified teachers, and the general neglect of children’s holistic needs— came together to create an organization that would provide sustainable and inclusive solutions.
They observed that many children from vulnerable families face challenges such as poverty, limited access to education, poor healthcare, and social neglect.
Women, as primary caregivers in early childhood development, were also identified as key beneficiaries in community development programs.

We come up with seminars to members as a structured educational session designed to onboard new members, boost engagement, or teach retention strategies. Topics include cooperative education, professional registration, and strategic growth for associations. These seminars can be held in-person or online to provide valuable, expert-led professional growth.
